Each year, usually pretty late on the calendar, there’s an exciting automotive show called SEMA. For 2022, the Specialty Equipment Market Association – which is what SEMA stands for – took place in late October into early November. Volkswagen took part in the festivities, bringing a host of concept vehicles in addition to the new ID.4. Although each and every concept was exciting, and we’ll touch on them all briefly below, the most exciting thing about the event was the VW ID.4 winning the first-ever SEMA Award for Electric Vehicle of the Year.
