A: We have increased the frequency and level of cleaning and disinfecting of our buildings, equipment and furniture, with special attention to commonly touched surfaces.

A: Yes! We have secured extra supplies of disinfectants, alcohol wipes, hand sanitizer and gloves for employee and guest use. If you are visiting our showroom or service department and would like to use any of these items, please ask.
Q: Has the staff been instructed to avoid shaking hands?
A: As difficult as it may be, all of our employees have been instructed to avoid shaking hands with customers or co-workers and maintain a safe and comfortable distance when interacting. However, our friendliness and care for customer service will not diminish!

A: Our employees have been instructed to use gloves and mats, as well as wipe down the commonly touched surfaces of all guest vehicles.

A: Our service loaner vehicles will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use. We have instructed 3rd party rental vehicle providers to do the same.
