I was able to get in quickly. All steps were explained to me. All additional work was brought to me, explained, and then was asked if I wanted to proceed. No pressure was placed on me to do the additional work. After all the work was done, my bill was explained to me and the results of any and all checks done.

Overall experience as fine. They were short staffed so salesman couldn’t finish with us before having to help someone else (not his fault). He was great to work with while we were with him. Smokey helped out too and he was great. Also, didn’t realize until after we left but the car I purchased only had about quarter of a tank of gas. I was under the impression you would have a full tank of gas after buying a vehicle.
